South Africa
We deliver to all nine provinces. Delivery is free on orders over R10 000; below that a flat delivery fee is calculated at checkout. Furniture is delivered to your door and carried inside on ground-floor deliveries.

Cross-border and international
Hair products ship worldwide by courier. Furniture ships to our SADC neighbours only, because of size and customs handling. Cross-border shipping is quoted per order — place your order, and we confirm the shipping cost before you pay.

Duties, taxes and customs
Prices on this website include South African VAT where applicable. Import duties, customs charges and local taxes in the destination country are for the buyer's account and are payable to the courier or customs authority on arrival.
Before we dispatch
- Your EFT payment must reflect in our account and your proof of payment must be uploaded.
- Someone over 18 must be available at the delivery address to receive and sign.
- Please tell us about stairs, narrow doorways, security estate rules or lift bookings in the delivery notes at checkout.
